<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase flexibility in the order of application in application of wiring and piping material including connection work of a sleeve pipe enabling connection of the sleeve pipe to a pipe joint as post-installation by moving the sleeve pipe externally fitted on wiring and piping material with the pipe joint incorporated at a connection position beforehand when an end part of the sleeve pipe externally fitted on an exposed part of the wiring and the piping material is connected to the pipe joint. <P>SOLUTION: The pipe joint includes a base body V<SB>1</SB>fixed on a building wall W, and a retainer S on which a connection port D of the sleeve pipe P<SB>0</SB>externally fitted on a water supply pipe P<SB>1</SB>(hot water supply pipe P<SB>2</SB>) by being incorporated to the base body V<SB>1</SB>so as to block a receiving opening 52 provided thereon.
