<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical waveguide having excellent durability for disconnection and excellent flexibility, and to provide an optical waveguide structure having such optical waveguide, a photoelectric hybrid substrate and electronic equipment having this optical waveguide structure. <P>SOLUTION: The optical waveguide structure 1 is a belt-like member in which an optical waveguide 6, a support film (first support layer) 2, and a cover film (second support layer) 7 are laminated. This optical waveguide structure 1 is A'>B' where A' is a bending stiffness when the optical waveguide structure 1 is bent so that the support film 2 side becomes inside and where B' is a bending stiffness when the optical waveguide structure 1 is bent in the opposite direction. Also, in the optical waveguide structure 1, at least one is different between the forming conditions of a clad layer 61 and those of a clad layer 62 and between the forming conditions of the support film 2 and those of the cover film 7.
