<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar heat use heat source device installable in collective housing and achieving energy saving. <P>SOLUTION: A heat collector 1 for collecting solar heat is installed in a balcony handrail part of the collective housing so that a solar heat receiving surface faces vertically. The heat collector 1 heats inner liquid by heat of sunlight received by the light receiving surface, and is formed by connecting a liquid circulation passage 5 for circulating the liquid with a liquid passage 4 within an apparatus case 42. A reheating circulation passage 13 connected to a bathtub 27 is thermally connected to the liquid circulation passage 5 via a liquid and liquid heat exchanger 7. When the temperature inside the heat collector 1 detected by an inner liquid temperature sensor 3 is higher than detection temperature by a bath temperature sensor 21, heat exchange is performed between liquid circulated in the liquid circulation passage 5 and hot water passing through the reheating circulation passage 13 via the liquid-liquid heat exchanger 7, so as to reheat the bathtub hot water by heat collected by the heat collector 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
