PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boom control system capable of tilting a traveling cabin even in a state of not grounding outriggers. SOLUTION: This boom control system S has a power takeout mechanism 72, a boom 14 and a control device 4 for supplying electricity by interlocking with operation of the power takeout mechanism 72, wherein the control device 4 regulates boom operation in a state of not grounding the outriggers 19a, ..., 19d. Even if the power takeout mechanism 72 is stopped, the electricity is supplied to the control device 4 by interlocking with switching to a tilt mode, and the control device 4 can perform only boom derricking operation by an auxiliary power device 65 up to a predetermined derricking angle in a state of not grounding the outriggers 19a, ..., 19d.
