PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain the curved shape of an elastic film-like member on a back rest surface in plane view over a long period of time and to keep a stable and comfortable sitting posture. SOLUTION: The side frame member 13C of a backrest frame 13 is formed into a roughly chevron shape bent forward in the side view, and an upper frame member 13A is formed into an arc shape projecting to the back in the planar view. The elastic film-like member 14 is spread so as to form such a roughly chevron shape that an intermediate position is gently curved forward in the side view. Between the vicinities of both right and left side parts of a lower frame member 13B and the bend parts 13a of right and left side frame members, a pair of right and left shape keeping members 17 are disposed obliquely upwards to the outer side respectively.
