PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical unit equipped with a movable module driving mechanism for blur correction in a small space. SOLUTION: In the optical unit 100, the movable module driving mechanism for blur correction 500 (X-side movable module driving mechanism 500x and Y-side movable module driving mechanism 500y) includes an electromagnet 530 and a permanent magnet 510 (member to be driven) on the side opposite to light incident and emitting sides of a movable module 300, and the electromagnet 530 and the permanent magnet 510 face each other in an optical axis direction. Besides, the electromagnet 530 is used, instead of driving force generated on the basis of Fleming's left-hand rule between a coil and the permanent magnet. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
