PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic azimuth meter enabling a user to recognize intuitively the degree in which a measured magnetic north direction is to be corrected, when performing calibration processing of an azimuth shown by a pointer in north azimuth correction. SOLUTION: This azimuth meter is equipped with a crown switch operable from the outside. In a mode for the north azimuth correction, whenever a rotation operation signal is generated from the crown switch (S41, S42), the pointer is rotated by one step in a forward direction or in a backward direction (S45, S46), and a correction valueβstored in an azimuth correction value storage part is changed by each one step angle (±6°) repeatedly.
