PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent application defect due to gel-like lump even when applying an application liquid composed of a plurality of liquids wherein gelling proceeds by mixing with the lapse of time onto a support for a long time. SOLUTION: In the application of the application liquid to apply the application liquid composed of a plurality of liquids wherein gelling proceeds by mixing with the lapse of time onto the support 24 by feeding the application liquid to an application head 14 via a liquid feed pipe 16, the application liquid is formed in the liquid feed pipe 16 by mixing the plurality of liquids by a static mixer 22 immediately before application, the formed application liquid is passed through a metallic filter 40 to impart shearing force to the application liquid.
