PURPOSE:To make blue flame gasification combustion stable by a method wherein an inner housing having centrifugal blowing vanes is arranged within an outer housing, circulation air is directly blown against fuel oil evaporation across mixture gas flow passage, and a part of the mixture gas is induced from the upper part of the inner housing into the inner housing. CONSTITUTION:As inner and outer housings 6 and 10 are rotated, centrifugal blowing vanes 13 are also rotated, and circulation combustion air is directly blown against fuel oil evaporation 9 of the outer housing 6 across mixture gas passage 14, circulated around the evaporator and splashed around it. Then, the air is injected into the combustion chamber 1 through gas chamber 17 under a forced flowing action. On the other hand, a part of combustion air, accumulated and circulated within the mixture gas passage 14 under a negative pressure action of the vane pieces 13, passses through a return flow passage 19 and a suction window 20 and is induced into the inner housing 10 and again blown against the evaporator 9. With this arrangement described above, it is possible to reduce the flowing-down speed of the fuel oil and promote the formation of thin film of the fuel oil as well as to promote evaporation and gasification, a mixing with the air and preheating effect of the fuel oil. |
