PURPOSE: A system and a method for manufacturing skewered food are provided to rapidly align raw meat by previously and automatically cutting the lump of the meat. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing screwed food is as follows. Raw meat(220) is frozen in a rectangular case(200). The frozen raw meat is heated. Pressure is applied to the case, and the heated raw meat is separated from the case and is dropped down. The separated raw meat is cut depending on the size of a skewer. The cut raw meat is arranged in a mold. The mold is transferred and is heated in order to defrost the raw meat. A skewer is inserted into the transferred raw meat. |
