METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR TRANSFORMATION OF STEREO CONTENT

PURPOSE: A method and a system for transformation of stereo contents are provided to generate a stereo image of a reduced parallax by forming a modified stereo image based on a new image for a right eye and an initial image for a left eye. CONSTITUTION: A system calculates an initial depth map, and the calculation for the initial depth map is performed by a local matching method of a stereo view. The system removes abnormal pixels from an original depth map(202). Through the position variation of the images for left and right eyes, the system performs the adjustment of recognition of depths for the 3D TV contents.
