PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sticky feeling-reduced fabric, comfortable in wearing, also reducing the sticky feeling or cool feeling at the time of having a large amount of perspiration caused by an exercise for a long time, etc. SOLUTION: In this sticky feeling-reduced fabric, the ratio of the specific surface area of the fiber arranged on the surface side of the cloth to the specific surface area of the fiber arranged at the reverse side (the surface/reverse surface specific surface area ratio) is >1.0 and≤4.00, the ratio of the diffusing area of the surface side to the diffusing area of the reverse surface side (the surface/reverse surface diffusing area ratio) is≥1.0, the moisture return rate of the fabric is≤15% and also a contact cool feeling property on imparting 200 g/m<SP>2</SP>water content is≤240 W/m<SP>2</SP>×°C.
