PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel rubber-reinforced styrene-based resin that has a high graft rate, improves glossiness, rigidity, appearance of a molding, flowability and impact resistance, especially impact resistance at low temperatures, and has good balance among them. SOLUTION: In the rubber-reinforced styrene-based resin obtained by polymerizing a styrene-based monomer and an unsaturated nitrile-based monomer in the presence of a rubbery polymer, (a) the rubbery polymer and (b) the rubber-reinforced styrene-based resin comprise a continuous phase of dispersed particles of the rubbery polymer and a copolymer of the styrene-based monomer and an acrylonitrile monomer, and (c) a weight-average molecular weight of the copolymer of the styrene-based monomer and the acrylonitrile-based monomer is 200,000 or more.
