<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a food and drink containing jelly, capable of using a non-heat resistant jelly base material. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing the food and drink containing the jelly includes: a process of preparing the jelly by disinfecting with heating a jelly raw material containing a jelly base material and then cooling/solidifying; a process of preparing a rod-formed jelly by passing the prepared jelly through a first filter part installed at a pipeline; a process of preparing a rod-formed food and drink-prepared material by introducing the prepared rod-formed jelly and a fluid food and drink separately prepared with disinfecting, into a mixer installed at the pipeline to prepare the rod-formed jelly food and drink-prepared material; a process of preparing a small piece jelly food and drink-prepared material by fabricating the rod-formed jelly to the small piece jelly by passing the prepared rod-formed food and drink-prepared material through a second filter installed at the pipeline; and a process of filling the prepared small piece jelly food and drink-prepared material into a container. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
