<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use the amount of change generated in one transaction by a member, to increase the capital investment. <P>SOLUTION: The article sales data processing device includes an investor specifying unit 311, an acquisition unit 312, and an addition unit 313. The investor specifying unit 311 accepts an input of investor identification information to identify an investor. The acquisition unit 312 acquires information about capital investment stored in association with the investor identification information accepted by the specifying unit 311.
