PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tactile stimulation-measuring device which evaluates stimulation (tactile stimulation) such as pressure or friction caused when an undergarment, a diaper, a sanitary napkin or the like comes in contact to the skin of a wearer, in a condition where the garment is worn. SOLUTION: The tactile stimulation-measuring device is structured as follows: bonding at least one piece of tactile stimulation sensor 2 comprising a polymer piezoelectric film 2a, a pressure sensor 2b and a surface-uneven sheet 2c, to a human phantom 1 imitating all or part of the shape and mechanical properties of the human body; and simultaneously measuring and evaluating the pressing force and the friction from the garment to the human phantom 1 occurring when making the human phantom 1 in a condition where the garment to be measured is worn, reproduce daily performance nearly equal to that by the human body.
