PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to appropriately obtain a relative positional relation between an external space and a vehicle, regardless of a camera installation state, when displaying a criterion for vehicle location confirmation on a video image captured by a camera, which is mounted on the vehicle, and displayed on a display device. SOLUTION: An on-board unit is mounted on a vehicle comprising a display device for displaying a video image of an external space captured by a camera installed in the vehicle. In the on-board unit, a plurality of reference points for vehicle location confirmation are set to the video image displayed on the display device correspondingly to a plurality of predetermined positions having a predetermined relative position relation with the vehicle, in the external space. The plurality of set reference points are connected and a reference line for confirming the location of the vehicle in the external space is set.
