PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adaptor easy to be manufactured and handled, and capable of transmitting torque to a portion for attaching a dental implant. SOLUTION: This adaptor 10 for transmitting the torque from a screw-in tool to the portion for attaching the dental implant includes a head portion 20 and a reception portion 40, the head portion 20 is engageable with the screw-in tool, and the portion for attaching the dental implant is stored in a blind hole-shaped recess 44 formed in a wall face 42 of the reception portion 40.
