PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe lining method which does not cause liquid leakage of a flange part even when a lining material is thermally deformed in a heating and cooling process. SOLUTION: The method for applying a lining material inside a pipe line includes: a process of attaching a pipe mouth seal member, in which the pipe mouth seal member 4 comprising an insertion cylinder part 5 impregnated with an uncured curable resin and a flange part 6 in a cured state connected so as to be bent from one end of the insertion cylinder part to the outer side are used, and the uncured insertion cylinder part is inserted into the pipe line and the pipe mouth seal member is attached to the end part of the pipe line while causing the flange part to face the outer side of the flange part via a space 8; an inversion insertion process, in which a tubular resin material impregnated with an uncured curable resin is used as the lining material is used and the lining material in an uncured state is inverted and inserted to the pipe line; a curing process, in which the lining material and the insertion cylinder part are cured while applying a fluid pressure to the inside of the lining material and pressing the lining material against the inner surface of the pipe line; and a space filling-up process, in which a filler is filled to fill up the space.
