<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make sure that resources included in incineration ash generated at an incinerator for burning garbage discharged from a home or industrial waste, can be effectively recovered, and carbon dioxide generated at the incinerator can be fixed. <P>SOLUTION: This device for treating the incineration ash originating from the incinerator 1 comprises the following components: (1) an ash reactor 12 which produces an aqueous solution at a first temperature, containing sodium, potassium and chlorine, using the incineration ash generated at the incinerator 1, (2) a refrigerated crystallization unit 16 which can produces/separates potassium chloride by lowering the temperature of the aqueous solution to a second temperature lower than the first temperature, (3) an absorption column 11 which produces/separates sodium bicarbonate by reacting the aqueous solution with a carbon dioxide-containing gas generated at the incinerator 1, and (4) a returning means 13 which returns a liquid obtained by producing/separating the potassium chloride and the sodium bicarbonate at the refrigerated crystallization unit 16 and the absorption column 11, to the ash reactor 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
