<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve safer operation of print data in an image forming apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: When acquiring information to identify a user, the user is allowed to log in to an image forming apparatus. After the lapse of a predetermined time, the user who has been allowed to log in to the image forming apparatus is logged off from the image forming apparatus. Secure information added to a print job is acquired.
