<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material for an organic thin-film solar cell, which has excellent solubility for an organic solvent and exhibits high-efficiency photoelectric conversion characteristics when used for the organic thin-film solar cell. <P>SOLUTION: The material for the organic thin-film solar cell contains a thienoacene derivative represented by formula (1). In formula (1), R<SP>1</SP>is a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a cyano group, a nitro group, a substituted or unsubstituted 4-40C alkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted 7-40C alkenyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted 2-40C alkynyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted 6-40C aryl group, a substituted or unsubstituted 3-40C heteroaryl group, a substituted or unsubstituted 1-40C alkyloxy group, an alkylamino group, or a substituted or unsubstituted 6-40C aryloxy group and arylamino group. Then, R<SP>2</SP>to R<SP>10</SP>are each independently a halogen atom, a cyano group, a nitro group, a substituted or unsubstituted 1-40C alkyl group and alkyloxy group, a substituted or unsubstituted 2-40C alkenyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted 6-40C aryl group, a substituted or unsubstituted 3-40C heteroaryl group, or a substituted or unsubstituted 6-40C alkyloxy group and arylamino group. Adjacent ones of R<SP>1</SP>to R<SP>10</SP>may be bonded to each other to form a ring. At least one of R<SP>1</SP>to R<SP>10</SP>is a group except the hydrogen. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
