PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic body cover roll capable of suppressing swaying of the roll itself to an irrelevant level, or suppressing generation of swaying itself. SOLUTION: The elastic body cover roll 1 is used by rotating at a high speed of 400 rpm or more, and it includes a core 2 using a core material comprising fiber reinforced resin, and an elastic body layer 3 provided on a circumferential face of the core 2.
