PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric cell testing apparatus for accurately determining defects in the characteristics of battery cells themselves within a relatively short time period. SOLUTION: In the electric cell testing device for determining the quality of electric cells, based on a measurement result of output voltages of the plurality of electric cells arranged in a two-dimensional matrix form in a test region, positional information on the respective electric cells at voltage measurement is reflected in the quality determination of the electric cells.
