PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire excellent in processability and also excellent in low fuel consumption, abrasion resistance, and fracture resistance by using a rubber composition in a tire member, containing modified natural rubber containing a polar group in the natural rubber molecule as a rubber component and hydrous silicic acid of specific structure as a reinforcing filler. SOLUTION: The resin composition contains modified natural rubber containing a polar group in the natural rubber molecule and hydrous silicic acid, wherein, in the hydrous silicic acid, a cetyl trimethylammonium bromide adsorption specific surface area (CTAB) (m<SP>2</SP>/g) and a primary aggregate diameter mode A<SB>ac</SB>(nm), which is determined by an acoustic particle diameter distribution measurement, satisfy formula (I) A<SB>ac</SB>≥-0.76×(CTAB)+274.
