PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle image display device providing at an appropriate time an image of a portion required by a driver so that the driver understands a positional relationship with one's own vehicle, from images around the vehicle varying with a driving state. SOLUTION: The on-vehicle image display device captures an image taken by an on-vehicle camera as one of on-vehicle image display devices, and based on the image, creates the vehicle's peripheral image, and selects an attention-required collision point of the vehicle which might collide with an object around the vehicle, based on the driving state of the vehicle. The display device creates an enlarged peripheral image of the attention-required collision point of the vehicle selected by an attention-required collision point selection section 3, by subjecting the captured image to image processing. The display device then creates and displays a synthesized display image for displaying the enlarged image and the vehicle's peripheral image in such a way to associate the positional relationship therebetween.
