PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing box capable of being assembled readily and shortening the working hours. SOLUTION: In the packing box, which is formed by folding one sheet member into box-like configuration, coupled bending lines are provided in predetermined positions of the sheet member so that a plurality of regions on the sheet member to be folded can be folded, in a cooperative manner, in a single folding motion.
