PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To materialize an internal structural object of a railroad vehicle which is easily incorporated into various structure building frames. SOLUTION: Frame members 2 include a groove which extends on a wall 21 in the longitudinal direction and is wider than an opening edge 22a. A tying means Z includes a joint member 3 having an attaching piece 31 attached to one of the frame members 2 and an attaching piece 31 attached to the other frame member 2, and fastening tools 4 for fastening the attaching pieces 31 and the walls 21 of the frame members 2 by being inserted into the grooves 22. The fastening tools 4 are provided to be slidaly inserted into the grooves 22 and not to be dropped out of the grooves 22. Contact pressure force increasing parts 33 which are fastened are provided on at least a part of the attaching pieces 31 or the fastening tools 4 at the positions opposite to the walls 21. The joint member 3 is attached to a recessed corner 26a or a projected corner 26b at an intersection 26 of the frame members 2, and is fastened by the fastening tools 4.
