PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic contact system which can transmit a message by identifying the state of a mobile terminal of a destination to perform an operation in accordance with the state. SOLUTION: A text data transmission part 111 transmits contact information in accordance with a message transmitted to a user of a mobile terminal 310. A voice synthesis part 211 generates voice synthesis information. A voice synthesis information transmission part 212 carries out transmission to the mobile terminal 310 and transmits voice synthesis information to the mobile terminal 310. When listening operation is not carried out, prescribed operation is carried out and the voice synthesis information is transmitted to the mobile terminal 310. When the mobile terminal 310 transmits operation information showing operation performed by a user, an information transmission part 213 transmits response information showing a response corresponding to an operation shown by the operation information to a communication terminal 110.
