PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chopstick rest capable of displaying a plurality of various messages. SOLUTION: A thin display capable of displaying a moving image or still image with very small electric power used to retain the image is attached to the upper surface of the chopstick rest. A miniaturized electronic device for driving the display is disposed within the chopstick rest.
