PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system of sieving a particle dispersion capable of stably maintaining its treatment capacity by preventing the plugging of the sieve, and of improving product recovery rate. SOLUTION: The system of sieving a particle dispersion includes a sieving means for sieving a particle dispersion by a sieve, a recovery means for recovering the overflowing particle dispersion overflowing from the primary side of the sieve, and a returning means for returning the recovered particle dispersion recovered by the recovery means to the upstream side of the sieving means.
