PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily select an image suited to the aspect ratio of a connected display and to transmit it to the display. SOLUTION: The information of the longitudinal and lateral sizes of image data set as an activation image is obtained from a digital camera 2. Then, from the obtained information of the longitudinal and lateral sizes, the image data of the same aspect ratio are added to the first half of a list, and the image data of different aspect ratios are added to the second half of the list. Then, the list is displayed in a window 200 on an application as a candidate to be set to the digital camera 2 as the activation image.
