PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a sales promotion object that allows easily and readily displaying or changing sales promotion information related to a commodity sold by a vending machine capable of reducing expenses and costs required for sales promotion. SOLUTION: When a sheet-shaped sales promotion object 8 is mounted to the surface of a broad sample 1 installed in a sample display unit Aa of a vending machine A, notched sections 8b, 8a formed at right and left lower edges of the sales promotion object 8 are locked to locking portions 3b, 3a at right and left tops of an overhanging portion 3 corresponding to a projecting printed pattern printed on a sample 2. In this way, the broad sample 1 with the sales promotion object 8 attached thereto, or sample portions 4A, 4B formed in the sample 2 become conspicuous, and a commodity of high interest is easily selected and purchased for the sales promotion of the commodity and increased sales.
