The present invention relates to a system of lipid nanoparticles that comprise a lipid component, a cationic surfactant, a non-ionic surfactant, a polysaccharide and, optionally, a positive-charge peptide, which can be used for the release of pharmacologically active molecules and especially for transfecting genetic material into cells and/or tissues. Likewise, the invention relates to methods for obtaining nanoparticles, to pharmaceutical compositions that comprise said system and to the use thereof in gene therapy. |
