PURPOSE: A natural cosmetic composition using kelp, sea mustard, and other seaweed is provided to penetrate to the skin and to produce a shampoo and deep cleansing. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a natural cosmetic composition comprises: a step of heating water at 80°C; a step of inputting ingredients and completely dissolving the ingredients; a step of inputting cooling water and lowering temperature by 25-30°C; and a step of treating by high frequency. The cosmetic composition is manufacturing the form of deep cleansing, shampoo, and other cosmetic product.
