PURPOSE: An oil removal apparatus for tableware is provided to enable oil to be reused since used oil is collected in an oil collecting unit and is then discharged. CONSTITUTION: An oil removal apparatus for tableware(P) comprises a body(10), a suction unit(20), a nozzle(30) and an oil collecting unit(50). Oil(O)-covered tableware is placed on the body. The suction unit generates suction force. While moving along the surface of the tableware, the nozzle sucks the oil from the tableware by a generated suction force. The oil collecting unit is connected between the suction unit and the nozzle. The oil collecting unit collects the oil that has been sucked through the nozzle.
