FIELD: radio engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: differential amplifier comprises the first (1) and second (2) input transistors (T), emitters of which are connected to according first (3) and second (4) output T, source of reference current (5), connected to emitters of the first T (3) and second T (4), current mirror (6), input of which is connected to collector of the first T (3), and output is connected to the second T (4) and input (7) of buffer amplifier (8) on input T (9), type of conductivity of which matches type of conductivity of the first T (3) and second T (4).
