PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling pipe and a cooling unit which are capable of detaching an inner pipe from a hose connection member without detaching the outer pipe from a cooling bush. SOLUTION: The cooling pipe 1 is provided with: an outer pipe 3 fitted to a cylindrical cooling bush 2 whose tip is clogged; an inner pipe 5 arranged at the inner part in the radial direction of the outer pipe 3 and opened to the tip; and a hose connection member 7 connecting the outer pipe 3 and the inner pipe 4 at the terminal side, further provided with two connection ports for being connected to cooling liquid hoses 31, 32, and disposed with a first flow passage performing communication from either of the two connection parts to the inner pipe 5 and a second flow passage performing communication from the other of the connection parts to a space between the outer pipe 3 and the inner pipe 5. The terminal part of the hose connection member 7 is provided with an insertion hole 7b into which the inner pipe 5 is inserted to the axial direction, and further, the terminal part of the inner pipe 5 is provided with a fitting part 5b fitted to the insertion hole 7b.
