<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a container lid capable of space-saving of a factory, improving work efficiency, and reducing manufacturing cost. <P>SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing the container lid, a linear packing 12 formed by mixing a thermoplastic resin with an elastomer is cut to the length corresponding to the circumference of a fitting groove 11 formed around the peripheral edge of the container lid, the cut packing 12 is wound in the fitting groove 11 and fit, a heating member 72 heated to a melting point or higher is inserted between both end faces 12a of the packing 12 wound in the fitting groove 11, both end faces 12a of the packing 12 are pressed to both side faces of the heating member 72 to melt these, the heating member 72 is moved outside from both end faces 12a of the packing 12, and both end faces 12a of the packing are pressed to each other and welded. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
