<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an artificial blood vessel with an artificial valve which mainly consists of a living tissue, and moreover has a back flow preventing effect and improved opening rate of a valve which are improved by an overhang part corresponding to a Valsalva sinus. <P>SOLUTION: The artificial blood vessel with a valve includes the living tissue as a main constituting component, and has the following components (A) to (C). A pillar-shaped core base material is used as a mold of the artificial blood vessel with a valve. A method for manufacturing an artificial blood vessel with a valve, uses the pillar-shaped core base material. Wherein, (A) a blood vessel portion, (B) a valve portion, and (C) the overhang portion on the surface of the blood vessel portion and on the downstream side of a blood flow direction near the root part of the valve. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
