<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of coping even with a theft of an automobile with a key which is typical of the domestic market, by making both compatible in reliability and operational simplicity in that case, due to requiring a further improvement hereafter, since a crime of technologically exceeding this product is caused, though the highly reliably product such as an immobilizer appears even in the domestic market, in a security device for preventing a vehicle theft. <P>SOLUTION: This personal authentication security device adopts a system by biometrics authentication for permission of switching on the cutoff and braking function in a driving transmission part, in addition to a key system for opening-closing a door 4 being a conventional security device and starting-stopping an engine 5.
