<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-vehicle controller wherein a function of preventing a lid body from breaking away is carried out through a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: In the in-vehicle controller, a protruded portion side fitting surface Sf1 formed on a protruded portion 44c formed on a lid body 40 is inclined to the disassembling direction X of the lid body 40 as illustrated in Fig.3(b). A recessed portion 37 formed in an enclosure 30 has a recessed portion side fitting surface Sf2 substantially parallel to the fitting surface Sf1 of the protruded portion 44c as illustrated in Fig.3(c). When the lid body 40 is assembled to the enclosure 30, the abutment face between the protruded portion 44c and the recessed portion 37 is inclined from the vertical direction to the disassembling direction X by an angle ofθas illustrated in Fig.3(a). When such force as vibration or thermal stress is applied to this structure, a component of this force is supplied to a second side face 35a of the enclosure 30 in the direction opposite the direction Z1 of the second side face 35a by the inclined abutment face.
