PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably and better maintain the restraining performance of a seat belt for restraining a person seated on a seat in a head-on collision of a vehicle with a simple constitution while suppressing any increase of the mass. SOLUTION: A rear end of an inner panel 17 of a roof side rail 6 extending in the longitudinal direction of a vehicle body 2 and an upper end of an inner panel 21 of a rear pillar 7 extending in the vertical direction are coupled with each other, and an anchor 30 for hooking a seat belt 29 is mounted on the inner panel 21 of the rear pillar 7. A lower portion of a rear end of the inner panel 17 of the roof side rail 6 integrally extends downwardly. An extension part 26 of the inner panel 17 and an upper portion of the inner panel 21 of the rear pillar 7 are coupled with each other in an overlapping manner in the width direction of the vehicle body 2 (S3, S4, S6), and the anchor 30 is mounted on an overlapping part 28.
