PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of a vehicle, preventing automatic start from being performed under a situation that operation failure of an automatic transmission resulted from impossibility of normal driving of solenoid valves potentially occurs. SOLUTION: An ECU 32 is configured to perform automatic stop and start control for repeatedly performing automatic stop and automatic start. The ECU32 identifies coil resistance values of the solenoid valves 33, 34, 52, 53 based on a hydraulic oil temperature detected by an oil temperature sensor 40 and determines whether or not the solenoid valves 33, 34, 52, 53 can be driven normally. The ECU 32 performs automatic stop of an internal combustion engine 11 when identifying that the coil resistance values of the solenoid valves 33, 34, 52, 53 are smaller than the maximum resistance value for driving the solenoid valves 33, 34, 52, 53 normally and when another automatic stop condition is satisfied.
