摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging device configured to have organic and inorganic hybrid photoelectric conversion units and being capable of suppressing variation in sensitivity among respective colors by suppressing F-value dependency of the respective colors, to provide a method of manufacturing the same, and to provide an electronic apparatus having the solid-state imaging device. SOLUTION: A solid-state imaging device includes a light incident side 25, and a circuit formation surface 26 being opposite to the light incident side 25. Further, the solid-state imaging device includes inorganic photoelectric conversion units PD1, PD2 having a pn junction and an organic photoelectric conversion unit 39 including an organic photoelectric conversion layer 36, which are laminated in the same pixel 20 in a depth direction from the light incident side and on which light is incident without passing through a color filter.
