PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold for in-mold decoration, an in-mold decoration apparatus and a method of manufacturing in-mold decoration article capable of shortening a molding time and reliably transferring a transfer layer onto a prescribed position without damaging the appearance. SOLUTION: The mold B for in-mold decoration which can be used for manufacturing an in-mold decoration article A includes: a first mold 1 in which a transfer sheet 17 having a transfer layer 16 is arranged and a first cavity surface 5 corresponding to one side surface of the in-mold decoration article is formed; and a second mold 2 in which a second cavity surface 13 corresponding to the other side surface of the in-mold decoration article is formed and a cavity 25 is formed by mold clamping with the first mold 1, wherein the first mold includes a first molding part 7 which forms a peripheral part 6 in the first cavity surface and a second molding part 9 which forms an inner side part 8 in the first cavity surface, leaves a gap 12 for sucking a transfer sheet between the first molding part and the second molding part upon cooling and has a first temperature control circuit 22 for lessening the gap upon heating.
