PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper postprocessing device capable of easily removing paper jammed inside, only by opening a fixed tray by a user, when a paper jam is caused. SOLUTION: This paper postprocessing device has a paper postprocessing device body arranged adjacent to an image forming device, a carrying-in port for carrying in paper, a gate for carrying the paper carried in from the carrying-in port by switching to any of the fixed tray and a movable tray, paper feeding roller pairs for carrying the paper and having upper-lower paper feeding rollers, a paper guide member rotatable between a first position where one roller of the paper feeding roller pairs contacts with the other roller and a second position where the one roller separates from the other roller and supporting the one roller, a connecting link arranged in the paper guide member, and a carrying passage for mutually separating the upper paper feed roller and the lower paper feed roller by opening by rising the paper guide member in the vertical direction by the connecting link in response to the rotational movement of an upper part of the paper postprocessing device body when performing jam processing.
