PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a tool for an insert, mounted to the insert embedded in a concrete product, to be easy to grip and hard to lose. SOLUTION: The tool 1 for the insert includes a male thread part 2, and a head 3 projected in stepped shape from one end of the male thread part. The outer peripheral surface of the head is formed in tapered shape reduced in diameter toward the bottom face side, and the top face side of the head is provided with a female-threaded hole 6 smaller in diameter than the male thread part, and a fitting hole 7 for a removing tool. The tool 1 for the insert is an insert molded product including a metal core fitting 10 forming the center part of the male thread part 2 and head 3, and a synthetic resin ring 20 forming the outer peripheral part of the head 3.
