PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shutoff valve mechanism of a torque control wrench, allowing hydraulic fluid to act at a center position of an end face of a piston. SOLUTION: A passage member (10) communicated with an opening of a passage of the hydraulic fluid and provided with a passage of the hydraulic fluid opened on each of the center position of the end face of the piston (91) and a hydraulic hammering torque generator (5) side, is disposed in the position where the passage of the hydraulic fluid formed in a liner upper lid (52) is opened.
