PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manufacture a single leaf of plastic film by preventing the electrification of the plastic film in the process of punching the laminated body of the single leaf of plastic film. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a punched plastic film is provided as follows: one or two or more of punching blades in a punched outline shape are provided to a press table; a through-hole smaller than the dimension of the punched outline shape and substantially similar in shape is provided in the opposite position of a press upper plate opposite of the position of the punching blade; multi-laminated plastic films are placed on the press table of the press machine having the press upper plate where the through-hole is closed by a cloth of natural fiber larger than the area of the through-hole and having an outline shape smaller than the punched outline shape, and then the press upper plate is lowered; and thereby many leaves of plastic films are collected from the inside of the punching blade.
